A forward-thinking digital marketing agency in Glasgow (hybrid) is looking for a Senior PPC Manager to join their team. This is a key role in shaping high-performing paid search strategies for a diverse client base.
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising PPC campaigns that consistently hit or exceed client targets, while helping to expand and strengthen the agency's wider search offering. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, support the development of the Search function, and play an active role in refining processes and identifying growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
You'll take full ownership of high-impact PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results. From building smart, insight-led strategies to continuously optimising performance, you'll push campaigns beyond expectations and uncover new growth opportunities. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to turn data into action, raise performance standards, and help shape the future of the agency's paid search offering, all while mentoring others and staying ahead of the latest industry developments.
You'll ideally have most of the following:
** Proven experience managing and delivering PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or similar
** Strong analytical skills
** Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
** Excellent client management and communication skills
** A solid understanding of how PPC integrates within a wider digital marketing strategy
** Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Accuranker, Ahrefs, Moz and other leading PPC platforms
** An interest / experience using AI tools
The company are based in Glasgow City Centre and look for you to come into the office a few times per week. They can pay up to £50,000 for the role and offer a strong benefits package including health insurance, a good pension contribution and flexible working. It's also worth mentioning that if it's easier for you to drive in there is also free parking right outside.
