Key Account Manager
HOURS
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

You will visit client sites to drive service quality through regular auditing, increase revenue through asset development plans, around the Oxford area, identifying and suggesting sustainability initiatives and general projects to improve the first impressions of the site.
Role Responsibilities
* Increasing the company's total revenue from the designated contracts,
* Managing & developing a professional relationship with your clients & internal colleagues,
* Ensuring all internal & external KPIS's and SLA's are met,
* Oversee the financial management of clients contracts,
* Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance),
* Maximise the contract life cycle through integration of the contracts and understanding the philosophy and culture of the customer,
What we are looking for
* Experience within a field based account management position,
* Can demonstrate a passion for developing relationships internally and externally,
* Strong communication and people management skills,
* Proven experience in generating revenue and improvements,
* Willing to travel throughout your regio for client/ site visits,
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages,
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail,
