Financial Planning Administrator
Are you an organised Financial Planning Administrator looking to join a growing wealth management business with genuine long‑term career opportunities? This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s select Quilter Partner firms, supporting a team of Financial Advisers within a rapidly expanding wealth management practice. With ambitious plans to grow through acquisition and doubling their FUM, the business is investing heavily in its support function and looking to add an additional administrator to the team.
You’ll work alongside advisers, paraplanners and fellow administrators, supporting clients throughout the financial planning process. The firm has invested in modern systems and technology, including Xplan and a bespoke Zoho CRM workflow system, creating an efficient and structured working environment. The business is also committed to developing talent internally, with opportunities to progress into paraplanning or financial advice for ambitious individuals looking to build a long‑term career within financial services.
The Role
* Supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with day‑to‑day administration
* Processing new business applications and client servicing requests
* Managing Letters of Authority and provider correspondence
* Processing withdrawals, fund switches and policy alterations
* Preparing documentation for client reviews and ongoing servicing
* Updating client records and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
* Liaising with providers, clients and internal teams to ensure cases progress efficiently
* Supporting the onboarding of clients from newly acquired businesses
The Person
* Previous Financial Planning or Wealth Management administration experience desirable
* Experience supporting advisers within a regulated financial services environment
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Professional communication skills with a client‑focused approach
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
