About the Role
Our lifeguards ensure guest safety and provide excellent customer service at Splash Waterworld. Responsibilities include monitoring pools, running poolside activities, and creating memorable experiences. Prior lifeguard qualification is preferred; training for NPLQ is provided. The role involves flexible shifts from 8:30 am to 9 pm, including weekends and holidays. Accommodation may be available for over 18s relocating to the area.
About You
Enthusiastic individuals with strong swimming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with diverse guests. Previous lifeguard experience is a plus, but training is provided. You will work both independently and as part of a team.
