Requirements
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients in daily living activities including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the supervising staff.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Support clients to appointments or social activities as required.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the home or care setting.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
Qualifications
* Previous experience minimum of 6 months experience in a care home setting
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
* Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required by client needs.
