Permanent Supervisor - Part Time
We believe that jewellery retail is about having great product knowledge. Our Store Supervisors bring that knowledge to life!
You’ll be a role model of customer service, achieving targets, maximising sales, and sharing your product expertise with customers. You’ll also support store management by coaching new team members, helping them settle in, develop their product knowledge, and enhance their retail skills.
Your Background
You should have retail or customer service experience and a strong ability to sell. Good communication skills, confidence, and an outgoing personality are essential to build rapport and showcase product features. Ambition is key—this role is a stepping stone into management. With our coaching, training, and support, you can develop quickly.
