Please note this is a fixed term position 1 year Working hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday work pattern) Interview Date: 15th December 2025 The Salvation Army, Hemel Hempstead, is seeking an individual to assist with the operational delivery of programmes and initiatives to support the successful delivery of mission to the Community, aligning with the Corps' Mission Development Plan Key Responsibilities: The post-holder will assist in delivering community programmes and activities to support the successful delivery of the mission. These duties may include relevant administration processes to ensure that accurate records are maintained. Applicants must be able to demonstrate both a professional and caring manner when interacting with programme participants to create a welcoming and supportive environment. The successful candidate(s) will: Have good communication skills with the ability to convey information to programme participants and colleagues effectively. Good interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team, enjoy working with people, and be able to deal appropriately with staff, volunteers and the public. It is essential that the candidate has proficiency in English. Candidates must also be committed to the values, aims and ethos of The Salvation Army.
