SENIOR INVESTMENT & SERVICES MANAGER
Lincoln Cornhill is proud to be working with a reputable Housing provider in Birmingham to source a permanent Senior Investment & Services Manager. The role is paying between £57,000 - £61,000 per annum and you are required to work on site four times a week.
The range of function which are covered include:
* Responsible for ensuring implementation of the Asset Management Strategy overseeing the delivery of high quality and cost-effective strategies to manage the Group’s property portfolio
* Implement reinvestment programmes, stock condition surveys, and ensure that properties are maintained and retain their value
* Deliver the organisations planned maintenance programmes, service and compliance contracts, ensuring that we achieve value for money and excellent customer satisfaction
* Oversee the provision of high‑quality data, analysis and innovative approaches to support strategic planning and informed decision‑making
* Actively contribute to organisational business planning and the delivery of strategic aims
* Prepare and present high‑quality management reports and KPIs to the Executive Team, Board and relevant Committees
* Be accountable for setting, managing and controlling Property Services budgets and overall financial performance
* Lead the development and delivery of the 30‑year stock investment programme, ensuring long‑term sustainability and appropriate financial planning
* Lead the delivery of improvements to ensure all homes achieve Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Rating C by 2030
Experience and skills required:
* Experience in the production of asset management strategies understanding of component cycles and development of setting 30-year investment programme
* Relevant degree and or professional qualification in a related subject
* Experience of business planning, budget setting and delivery and risk management
* A strong awareness and understanding of the key current Government policies and priorities on housing
* Managing and working with housing management systems and compliance databases
* Experience of contract procurement and management of major work programme
* Experience in preparing executive level reports and managing organisational KPI’s for Board
