Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms and public areas.
* Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
* Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and bathrooms
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
* Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
* Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
* Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors
* Assist with laundry duties as needed
* Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures
Qualifications
* Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel or resort setting
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Basic English language proficiency
* Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
* High level of reliability and responsibility
* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally
