4. Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to provide financial guidance and insights.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
7. Support the development of budgets and long-term financial plans.
8. Deliver detailed variance analysis and recommendations for improvements.
9. Assist in evaluating commercial strategies and business cases.
10. Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
12. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
13. Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
14. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
17. Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
