Key responsibilities: Manage a caseload of looked-after children, ensuring their welfare and safeguarding. Prepare and present reports for court proceedings, reviews, and case conferences. Complete assessments, care planning, and statutory visits in line with local policies. Collaborate with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
