The Role
The Operations Administration Team Leader will will play a key role in guiding the support team to ensure we are fully prepared to deliver exceptional clinical care to our patients.Working closely with the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will help to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You will also liaise with other departments—including Fundraising, Digital, Communications, and Facilities—to support the coordination of cross-functional tasks and projects that contribute to the organisation’s wider goals. You will also be responsible for managing both your own and your team’s workload to maintain smooth and effective operations.
The Candidate
We're looking for someone with experience of team leadership or management and experience of working within a regulated environment, supporting complex operational delivery. The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, collaborative and open in approach and can develop strong working relationships with their excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence required.
