Job Description
1. The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing consulting services with the overall objective of designing and implementing software solutions for customers.
English speaking required. German speaking preferred. This position is remote in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, or Portugal.
Responsibilities
2. Lead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from both a business and technical perspective
3. Design solutions in which extensive experience and best practice knowledge is considered or applied
4. Compose and deliver requirements documentation and accurately estimate time to complete solution deployment
5. Lead the demonstration of the configured solution or prototypes of the solution while maintaing stakeholder buy in and managing scope expectations
6. Build solution, including configuring application development tools and integrations
7. Test configured solution and ensure solution is optimal, resolving any issues and proactively advising the customer through their testing while controlling project scope
8. Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customer that demonstrates the end to end functionality of the solution
9. Develop a plan for migration utilizing best practice for migrating enterprise solutions
10. Transition key information to the technical support team to ensure continued successful support of customer
11. Participate in pre-sales opportunities with Sales and Business Development team to provide technical or industry knowledge toward work estimates and transition to the engagement delivery team as needed
12. Train and coach internal and external stakeholders on solutions and the company's project methodology
13. Be a trusted advisor to the customer and drive future engagement opportunities where appropriate
14. Provide guidance to other team members and contribute to team process documentation and best practices
Basic Qualifications
15. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
16. Healthcare experience
17. Skilled with scripting, system architecture, or relational databases
18. Experience configuring and implementing a technical solution
19. Experience of working with a Vendor Neutral Archive
20. Understanding of PACS workflow and terminology
21. Understanding of DICOM, structure and terminology
22. Understanding of XDS
23. SQL experience
24. Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
25. Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
26. Strong at investigating situations or issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to succesfully obtain quality information
27. Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
28. Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
29. Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight
30. Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidance
31. Average travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized, yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.
