What you’ll do:
* Support day to day contract administration
* Assist stakeholders with P2P processes
* Process payment certificates
* Support task orders, early warnings and compensation events
* Maintain accurate, audit ready commercial records
* Use systems including Microsoft tools and SAP
* Monitor commercial performance and elevate issues
* Provide general support to the Commercial Manager and wider team
What you’ll bring:
* 2+ years’ experience in a procurement or commercial role
* Strong understanding of P2P processes
* Excellent organisation, numeracy and prioritisation skills
* Confident stakeholder and supplier engagement
* Strong Excel and Outlook skills • SAP experience beneficial but not essential
* A proactive, positive, team focused approach
Hybrid working with 2-3 days a week on site in London.
