We are working with a brand-new pub opening in a quaint market town in Hitchin. With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and high-quality dishes, they are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their team of three as they work towards achieving Rosettes.

* £32,000 per annum plus circa £3,000 service charge
* Temporary accommodation available
* Set days off - Monday and Tuesday
* Working from Wednesday dinner to Sunday lunch

* Pushing towards earning prestigious Rosettes
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie...
* Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard.
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
* Contributing to menu development and bringing creative ideas to the table.
* Taking ownership of your section and training junior team members when needed.
