The Senior Hair Stylist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience. Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colours, and treatments tailored to client needs. Perform barbering services with precision and creativity. Mentor junior stylists, offering guidance and support to enhance their skills and confidence. Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a busy salon environment is essential. Strong background in barbering techniques is highly desirable. Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with front desk operations within a salon setting is advantageous. Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members alike.
