Business Analyst Front office - Investment Management (Contract) Location: London / Hybrid Duration: 6 months Start: ASAP Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35 subject to assessment) We are working with a leading investment/wealth management organisation that is undertaking a significant transformation programme. As part of this, they require an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Investment Management or Wealth Management to support a portfolio of front-to-back change initiatives. The Role You will play a key role in shaping and defining business requirements across advisory, portfolio management, investment operations, and client lifecycle processes. This position is suited to a BA who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead the gathering, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements Map current vs future-state processes across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Compliance Support data analysis, cleansing and migration activities as part of broader integration programmes Produce high-quality artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and gap analyses Work with Project Managers and SMEs to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately delivered Facilitate workshops, interviews and playback sessions with senior stakeholders Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), defect triage, and readiness activities Assist with integration of platforms, systems and tools used within the investment lifecycle Experience Required Strong track record as a Business Analyst within Investment Management and or Wealth Management Strong understanding of front-to-back investment processes (client onboarding, advice, suitability, dealing, settlements, performance, reporting, etc.) Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in complex change environments Exposure to data migration, system integration or platform implementation projects Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with platforms such as FNZ, Figaro, Intelliflo, Avaloq, Charles River, or similar Previous experience in regulatory change, front-office transformation, or wealth planning systems How to Apply Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
