Domestic Considerations: NI Security Restrictions Apply. Must hold UK driving licence as elements of unit are dispersed within NI. Position Role: Regimental Operational Support Officer. Responsibilities: 1. Deliver the Regimental recruiting policy on behalf of the CO. 2. Ensure all recruiting outreach activities are included on the Regional Recruiting FOE and managed appropriately. 3. Management of ReMSO`s and assurance for RRMT and recruiter activities. 4. Maintain relationships and links between the Regt, Army Engagement Team, MTA Employers and RFCA Stakeholders. 5. Act as the Unit Employment Support Officer and be the conduit for any employer issues and provide employer support and advice to those companies with ARes pers. 6. Unit Welfare Officer/ WIS manager. 7. Sp unit mobilisation activity. Be the Regimental POC for ‘Ops & Trawls’ maintaining links with MRTC. 8. Establish and maintain a dynamic and wide reaching advertising campaign in support of recruitment and retention.
