What you’ll do We’re looking for a skilled HR Case Worker to join us at an exciting time of transformation – Internally we call this role an HR Case Professional. You’ll provide expert advice on Employee Relations (ER) cases, from investigations and grievances to disciplinary and performance matters. Your guidance will help managers make fair, legally sound, and inclusive decisions while protecting BT from risk. You’ll also use data to spot trends, coach managers, help safeguard the business, build relationships and enhance the colleague experience across the UK. This role is an opportunity to influence operational excellence and contribute to a high-impact function during a period of change. Skills and Experience You’ll NeedProven experience advising managers on ER cases: investigations, grievance, disciplinary, health & wellbeing, and performanceExperience in building key relationships at all organisational levelsStrong organisational skills to manage a high-volume case workloadAbility to assess workplace issues and develop effective solutionsSkilled negotiator with experience finding mutually beneficial outcomesExcellent time management and prioritisationSound judgement that balances employee and business needsStrong understanding of Employment Law, ACAS Code of Practice, and other relevant regulations A Few Points to Note Although these roles are listed as full-time, if you’re a job share partnership, work reduced hours, or any other way of working flexibly, please still get in touch.
