In this role, you will:
* Ensure the integrity of the General Ledger by maintaining accurate financial records.
* Maintain and review the Fixed Asset Register for proper tracking and valuation.
* Coordinate month-end activities to ensure timely financial statement preparation.
* Implement best practices to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
* Manage audit engagements, including SOX, internal, and external audits.
* Address audit findings and strengthen financial controls through remediation solutions.
* Support external auditors with timely and accurate information.
* Standardize best practices across European sites by collaborating with European Accounting Staff.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proficiency in Windows and software tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Oracle.
* Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.

Qualifications include:
* Over 2 years of experience in a finance-related discipline with demonstrated growth.
* Possession of a professional accounting qualification, either part or fully qualified.
* Experience managing multiple balance sheets in a manufacturing environment.
