JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker
LOCATION: Paignton, Devon TQ4
SALARY: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour
HOURS: 35 hours per week
Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Monteray View.
If you are a Support Worker with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values, this may be the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
* Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately reporting, recording and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
* Liaising with health professionals and their families
* Completing supervisions and audits
* Ensuring all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards and that staff contribute positively to a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere in the Home.
Qualifications & Requirements
NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Commitment to senior support values and leadership willingness.
