We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Account Management to lead our strategic client relationships and grow our footprint across the UK and Europe. A key leadership role within you will be responsible for the success, retention, and growth of our valued customers. You will lead our account management function, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure our clients derive maximum value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
* Define and execute the account management strategy across the UK and Europe.
* Lead and scale a team of high-performing Account Management Teams
* Establish KPIs and ensure achievement of revenue retention and expansion targets.
* Client Relationship Management:
* Build strong, trusted relationships with senior executives at client organizations.
* Act as the executive sponsor for key strategic accounts.
* Ensure proactive communication, regular business reviews, and customer satisfaction.
* Revenue Growth & Retention:
* Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the entire product suite.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify growth strategies.
* Maintain strong renewal performance and minimize churn.
* Team Development:
* Coach and mentor Account Managers to improve customer engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Foster a customer-first culture that emphasizes value delivery and strategic partnership.
* Operational Excellence:
* Implement scalable account management processes and tools.
* Provide regular reporting on account of health, revenue forecasts, and team performance.
* Partner with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless post-sales execution.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
* Proven experience (8+ years) in account management or customer success within the ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software industry.
* Demonstrated success in leading regional or international teams and managing large enterprise accounts.
* Deep understanding of ERP or SaaS ecosystems and customer needs.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing revenue targets and growth KPIs.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel across UK and Europe (~25–40% travel).
* Fluency in English required; additional European are a strong plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Qualities
* Background in transformation projects or digital business consulting.
* Ability to thrive in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment.
* Passion for customer advocacy and long-term relationship building.
