You will manage your own caseload, provide commercially pragmatic advice, and play an active role in the continued growth of a team respected for both its expertise and approachable style. The Role Managing a varied commercial property caseload Advising developers, investors, lenders and business owners Delivering clear, client-focused and solutions-driven advice Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices Supporting junior team members through mentoring where appropriate Contributing to continuous improvement within the department About You Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive Minimum 5 years PQE in Commercial Property (essential) Strong technical capability and commercial awareness Confident managing a busy caseload independently Professional, approachable and client-focused Able to work autonomously and within a collaborative team About the Firm The Commercial Property department supports businesses and developers across the region, combining technical expertise with commercial insight.
