North Shields On-Site Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Limited You support our team as Product Development Engineer Responsibilities Your impact: Planning & Organising: Prepare and review FMEA and PPAP plans. Plan activities, manage resources, and set goals. Monitor performance and initiate corrective actions. Creating & Innovating: Develop new product ideas and designs. Create innovative, profitable products. Applying Expertise & Technology: Apply technical polymer expertise. Conduct feasibility studies and support manufacturing methods. Provide technical support and manage product quality. Analysing: Analyse data to identify patterns and implement engineering methodologies. Evaluate prototypes and test records. Collaborating & Partnering: Build and maintain networks across the company and externally. Promote teamwork and support project delivery. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Professional Experience: Experience in product design with plastic/rubber molding, cross-discipline teams, and high-volume manufacturing (ideally automotive). Programming/coding experience is a plus.
