Conveyancer - Residential Property\n\nLocation: Liverpool - Office-based with remote/hybrid working available\n Salary £33,000pa \n\nAgility is working with a progressive and client-focused law firm, regulated by the Solicitors' Regulation Authority. The organisation is fast fast-growing, property-focused group of companies which includes several recognisable high street brands.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe're seeking a skilled Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. You will have the autonomy to handle files independently, with access to full administrative and compliance support.
The role can be office-based at either the Liverpool or Chester office, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging a full caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases\nHandling re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and right-to-buy matters.\nDrafting contracts, reports, transfer deeds, and completion statements\nReviewing title documents, raising, and responding to enquiries\nOrdering searches and reviewing results\nLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors\nEnsuring full compliance with SRA and CQS protocols, AML procedures, and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking For\n\nMinimum 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters (as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive)\nAbility to manage a caseload independently, with minimal supervision.\nA proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent attention to detail\nStrong communication and client service skills\nFamiliarity with case management systems and digital processes\nA team player who wants to grow with an ambitious and supportive firm.Why Join \n\nCompetitive salary and benefits\nFlexible working (remote/hybrid options available)\nHigh-quality, consistent work from the Group\nExcellent long-term career prospects\nModern systems and a supportive culture focused on excellence and compliance. \n\nFor a confidential chat please call Peter
