Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and support to youth in a safe and nurturing environment - Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children - Foster positive relationships with youth and serve as a mentor and role model - Assist with homework and educational activities - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the educational needs of youth - Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children Experience: - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a mentoring or educational setting - Knowledge of special education practices and strategies - Ability to effectively communicate and engage with youth of diverse backgrounds - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask - Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping children learn and grow Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
