Office/Studio Manager
Based just off Old Street, this is a dynamic and busy photographic studio. They are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated person to manage the office/studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and can keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the central hub for our team of photographers, stylists, and freelancers—ensuring every shoot is flawlessly executed.
Key responsibilities:
* You will be dealing with briefs from brief through to completion, enabling the shoot team to feel prepared on shoot day and fulfil the briefs to the best of their ability. This involves:
* Receiving creative briefs and understanding what is required
* Organise the delivery of all products to the studio and create shoot schedules
* Liaise with clients/designers for the supply of layouts and photographic brief
* Manage the studio diary organising all bookings of food stylists, props stylists and assistants
* Organising the supply of props/backgrounds from the various prop hire houses as required
* Being personable and professional with our clients and suppliers.
* Being the face of the company and friendly with written communications
* Looking ahead, foreseeing problems before they occur and being agile with schedule changes
* Organise invoices, allocate all related expenses including food stylist ingredient purchase, props stylist, props, transport
* Liaising as required with our FD and invoice administrator
* Looking after the general office and ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Being responsible for the general organisation of the studio including meter readings and general expenses
* Keeping the studio in good order in terms of general housekeeping
* Ordering office supplies etc…
What we are looking for:
* Well organised and PA savvy individual.
* Well-presented and personable
* Able to remain calm in a high-pressure environment
* Adaptable and flexible
* To have an eye for detail and precision with figures
* Previous experience in a PA/Office Manager role would be an advantage
* Industry experience would be helpful but not essential as training will be given
Perks and Benefits:
* £200 day on going
* Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
