We’re working with a well-respected law firm in Salisbury who are on the lookout for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client Team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, working closely with people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Typing up letters, emails, and legal documents (accuracy is key!).
* Speaking with clients, both over the phone and face-to-face.
* Managing the diary for the solicitor you’ll be supporting.
* Helping with general admin and keeping client records up to date.
* Photocopying and occasionally using the fax (yes, they still have one!).
* Keeping everything well organised, both on paper and on the computer.
What our client is looking for:
* Previous experience as a secretary (ideally in law, but not a dealbreaker).
* Someone who’s confident with Microsoft Office and good at multitasking.
* A calm, professional manner, especially when dealing with sensitive matters.
* Great attention to detail and a team player attitude.
The important bits:
* Salary: Competitive and based on experience + a Yearly Bonus
* Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
* Holidays: 31 days including Bank Holidays (pro rata if part-time)
* Pension: You’ll be automatically enrolled in the company scheme
