We're a vibrant and growing family-run business, renowned for our exceptional coffee, delicious food, and beautiful locations across London. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we're looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our Head of Creative in bringing the Colicci brand to life online.
What you'll be doing:
* Social Media Support: Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and execution of engaging content across all our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). You'll help us tell our story through captivating visuals and compelling copy.
* Content Creation: Contributing to the development of various digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates. Your creative ideas will help us connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
* Creative Production: Working closely with our Head of Creative you will programme various shoots across our locations throughout the year. Liaising and briefing photographers, videographers and influencers to ensure all content produced is brand aligned and supports the marketing vision for each season.
* Website Maintenance: Supporting the Head of Creative with basic website updates, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and on-brand.
* Email Marketing: Assisting in the creation and deployment of email campaigns to nurture customer relationships and promote our latest offerings.
* Analytics Reporting: Helping to track and analyse the performance of our digital marketing activities, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
* Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
* Marketing event documentary: you will play a crucial role in translating the atmosphere and narrative of our creative marketing events throughout the year.
* General Administrative Support: Providing support to the Head of Creative with various administrative tasks as needed.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine passion for the Colicci brand and our commitment to quality.
* A foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, ideally with a hospitality focus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Creativity and a strong visual sense that aligns with our brand essence, "crafted, naturally".
* Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
* Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) – experience with Squarespace is a plus.
* Experienced with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
* A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A willingness to learn and develop your digital marketing skills.
* Basic photography or videography skills.
* Driving license preferable but not essential.
