Responsibilities
* Support one of the five heads of year (teachers) within the Pupil Support Unit and work alongside four other assistant heads of year and the attendance officer.
* Collaborate with staff across the school to provide pastoral support and to identify and implement ways to support the year group.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to support pupil development and wellbeing.
* Be creative and proactive in using knowledge and skills to support the year group; respond to pastoral needs as they arise.

* Positive, committed and empathetic individual with strong communication skills.
* Ability to build excellent relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
* Willingness to work as part of a team and to collaborate with staff across the school.
