RG Consultancy are working exclusively with a well-established, growing but large financial turnover business based in Wakefield who are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will report to the Payroll Manager within the business. This is a hand's on, fast paced environment with various payrolls running a mixture of weekly and monthly payroll. Duties: Full end-to-end payroll processing SMP/SSP/SPP and holiday pay Process P45s/P60s Updating the spreadsheet and employee shifts etc. Weekly and monthly staff, various shift patterns and salaries/hourly rates Generating payslips in a timely manner Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain employee payroll records, including tax, pensions, bonus and allowances. Resolve payroll queries, raise and concerns to the payroll manager.
