Job Description: National Accounts Manager
* Negotiable basic salary + performance-based bonus, company car and benefits package
This is a high-profile National Account Managers role, managing the profitable sales growth of leading garden / DIY brands through major retailers such as B&Q, Screwfix, Tesco, Morrisons, B&M, The Range and Costco. Under the guidance of the Channel Manager, the job holder will be tasked with:
* Own and develop the strategic account plan for each customer
* Deliver revenue, margin and share growth targets
* Lead long term joint business planning, range reviews and promotional planning
* Identify and unlock new opportunities
* Manage volume forecasts liaising through the supply chain
* Develop strong launch plans for NPD and category innovation
