* We are seeking a Lecturer - Course Leader - Art & Design to join our team. We are seeking an inspiring and committed Art and Design Lecturer who can motivate young people through a strong emphasis on making, experimentation, and creative exploration. The postholder will provide leadership across pathways within our Level 3 Diploma in Creative Practice programme. They will play a key role in shaping an engaging and inclusive curriculum, ensuring students are challenged, supported, and encouraged to take creative risks. Applicants should have the ability to teach and support students with interests in Fashion and Textiles, Costume, and 3D Making. A broad, interdisciplinary approach to art and design practice is essential, alongside the ability to connect practical skills with critical thinking and contextual understanding. This is a permanent, part-time position (0.8 FTE), working four days per week (including Tuesdays). The role is based in our dedicated Art and Design studios and workshops, where you will have access to specialist facilities and resources to support high-quality teaching and learning.
