Purpose of the Role The Assistant Brand Manager will support the execution of best-in-class Marketing activity, ranging from NPD launches to new pack designs to BTL campaigns, ensuring everything is delivered to a consistently high standard. What Youll Be Doing Lead NPD and EPD projects, with particular focus on the artwork / repro and SKU setup processes, as well as contributing to Business Cases and performance tracking Lead the development and execution of BTL campaigns, ensuring strong integration across the consumer journey by partnering with Shopper, eCommerce and Field Sales Lead the brands administrative processes (e.g., Brand Scorecard, POs / Budget, Consumer Careline), ensuring everything is completed in a timely and accurate way You Will Need To Plan, organize, and prioritize to ensure activities are delivered on time and in full. Consider a range of potential outcomes and develop contingency plans as appropriate. Proactively align key stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion. Build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external relationships. Work well with other individuals, both in the immediate and wider team.
