Job Title: ElectricianLocation: Tower Hamlets, LondonSalary: Competitive (DOE) + BenefitsContract: PermanentAre you an experienced Electrician seeking a stable, long-term opportunity in Tower Hamlets? We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team, carrying out a wide range of electrical maintenance and installation works across occupied residential and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied homes and communal areas.
* Carry out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and remedial works.
* Install, upgrade, and maintain lighting, sockets, consumer units, and other electrical components.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.
* Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
* Liaise professionally with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* ECS Gold Card or equivalent (preferred).
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance work within social housing, domestic, or commercial environments.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
