Ideally, candidates will reside in the East Midlands and be willing to travel within this area and surrounding regions.
What You Will Do
* Manage the safe and successful delivery of on-site works, including resource management.
* Conduct various asbestos surveys, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
* Prepare accurate survey reports in compliance with technical standards, using tools like Flow Mobile, MS Word, MS Excel, X-PORT, and client platforms.
* Support structural inspections and investigations as needed.
* Engage professionally with clients and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
* Prioritize health and safety, adhering to BES Group policies and industry standards such as ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and HSG264.

Requirements
* BOHS Qualification P402; P403, P404, P405 preferred.
* At least 2 years' experience in asbestos surveying, engineering, or bridge inspection.
* Proven ability to produce high-quality reports.
* Experience supervising contractors and third-party suppliers is desirable.
* Valid UK driving license.
