About The Role

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent. You will be based in London (hybrid role). As a key player in our global recruiting coordination team, you'll report directly to the Recruiting Coordination Manager and collaborate with a talented team of 12 global coordinators. You'll also be an integral part of our expansive global recruitment operation team. In this unique position, you'll be the global team, working closely with our teams in Europe, Middle East and India Sites. We're seeking a proactive self-starter who thrives on independence and can drive initiatives forward with passion and creativity.

Candidate Experience

What you'll be doing


* Responsible for scheduling high volume candidate interviews (virtual and onsite) across multiple teams and levels of complexity and manage candidate communication
* You will partner with the recruitment teams and hiring managers globally to provide a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Interview Coordination

* You will act as a coordination point of contact for the recruiting area you support (including scheduling interviews for leadership and senior roles)
* You will communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams and track the process

Reporting And Metrics

* Compile recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for the team meetings
* Analyse scheduling workload and interviewer capacity data and metrics using our various recruitment tools and dashboards
* Analyse the candidate experience surveys through our candidate experience platform and present the results and outcomes back to the team

Projects

* Work on different recruitment operations projects (Candidate Comms, Interviewer training and onboarding, tool management, ATS transition and implementation ) and provide coordination support
* Manage the interviewer onboarding (calibration/training) for your supporting area and track progress
* Support with ad-hoc recruitment administrative tasks (ie: Hiring manager training, local recruitment events etc)

Requirements

* Have 1+ years industry experience either in Recruitment or HR or in a coordination/scheduler role
* Experience for Scheduling leadership and senior interviews and working closely with EAs and senior stakeholders (Directors and VPs) will be preferable
* Fluency in English language is a must
* Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in fast-paced environment and have the ability to juggle conflicting diaries & priorities across the recruitment team and hiring teams
* Be comfortable managing a high volume of requests coming from recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
* You should look beyond day to day activity and suggest/ implement process improvements both in the recruitment team and the hiring process.
* Have the ability to analyse low to moderate complexity data using various recruitment dashboards to report and present your findings back to your stakeholders (recruitment team, hiring managers, interviewers)
* We useAshby (ATS and scheduling tool) and. Ashby Analytics (Reporting tool)
