How you create impact As National LTL/FTL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and profitable growth across the national LTL/FTL business. You will ensure seamless transportation operations, high service quality, and continuous productivity improvements while developing a strong and sustainable carrier network. Acting as a key interface between Operations, Sales, and external partners, you will support business growth initiatives, strengthen customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company standards and operational best practices.
