Are you an experienced Brand Manager working in the pharmaceutical industry, ready to lead strategy and drive marketing impact within a well-established, family-owned company? We're partnered with a client based in Buckinghamshire that are looking for a talented
Senior Brand Manager
to join their leadership team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to guide marketing decision making, whilst still undertaking hands-on brand/product management activities.
Everything you need to know about the role
Within this role, you'll be at the forefront of promoting and developing a portfolio of established auto-immune and gastroenterology treatments whilst supporting the company's strong pipeline. You'll be working directly with KOLs, specialist providers, gastroenterologists, and more to strengthen partnerships and drive growth across the UK.
* Develop and deliver brand strategy and tactical marketing plans
* Manage promotional campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and KAM team, providing tools, resources, and training to drive brand performance.
* Work cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and global teams to ensure compliant, impactful marketing.
* Lead budget management and forecasting for your portfolio, ensuring effective ROI.
* Take part in global brand discussions with HQ in Europe, bringing local market insights to the table.
* Act as a key brand ambassador within the business, mentoring junior team members and supporting long-term growth.
* Liaise effectively as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team within the business.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
* A strong background in
pharmaceutical marketing
, ideally at
Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level
.
* Experience in
secondary care therapy areas
; gastroenterology or hepatology exposure would be an advantage but not essential.
* Proven track record of developing and executing brand plans, including digital and multichannel campaigns.
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience of managing budgets.
* A proactive, hands-on mindset that thrives in a
smaller, autonomous team environment

of between £75,000 - £85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
