Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant will provide hands-on support across marketing, administration and research, helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.
You will work closely with senior team members and gain exposure to multiple areas of marketing within a fast-moving property environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
* Assist with the coordination of various group marketing events
* Manage and collate spreadsheets relating to sponsorship and community items
* Creation of marketing agenda as well as minutes with clearly defined action points
* Support the Digital Marketing Executive with social media scheduling
* Market research
* Liaise with external suppliers
* Obtaining quotations and collating various information
* Support the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters and property listings
* Maintain website content and property listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Help monitor marketing performance and compile basic reports
* Assist with brand consistency across all group companies
* Source and compile data to support marketing strategies and investment decisions
* Prepare summaries and reports based on research findings
Administrative Support
* Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
* Maintain marketing databases, contact lists and various spreadsheets
* Coordinate updates to property information, images, and documents
* Support the organisation of events, launches or site marketing activity
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Self-starter
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Interest in marketing and/or the property sector
Desirable
* Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Media or a related field
* Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
* Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe (beneficial but not essential)
* Previous work experience, internship or placement in a marketing or admin role

* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team

Working hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Salary - £24,000 - £28,100 pa, depending on experience.
