FINANCE MANAGER
Robert half are the retained recruitment partner to an established and diverse automotive group, that due to continued success is now seeking to recruit a finance manager. This role reports directly to the Managing director, and has responsibility for a small team on site at the corporate head office in Heathrow. This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership for the financials of a complex business with a vast asset base and group structure.
Duties:
1. Preparation of full monthly management accounts
2. Manage monthly payroll (outsourced)
3. Preparation of annual budgets
4. Review of actual results to budget and reporting as necessary to divisional management.
5. Customer billing
6. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines
7. Management reporting as directed by the CEO.
8. Keep up to date with changes in regulations/accounting practices and successfully implement appropriate new initiatives
9. Preparation of year end statutory accounts and tax returns (in partnership with their auditors)
10. Manage relationship with external auditors within designated subsidiaries
11. Manage the relationship with our banks
12. Management of a team of four accounts staff
13. Establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues

14. A highly competitive base salary of between £50,000 & £65,000 p/a based on the candidate's experience
