Outwood Academy Freeston is excited to offer an opportunity to work in our high performing Inclusion department. We pride ourselves in ensuring barriers to learning are overcome and offer opportunities for our students to experience success and improve life chances. In this role you will work closely with the SENDCO, additional Inclusion staff and wider support teams to support the learning and progress of students.

Outwood Academy Freeston places students at the centre of everything it does, with a focus on creating a culture of success. In this role you will support the delivery of learning-based interventions to aid pupils specific learning, social, emotional and mental health needs, support pupil integration to ensure pupils receive a positive, high-quality transition into the Academy by liaising with parents and external agencies.
You will have a good understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and Looked After Children guidance.
