We are looking for an Experienced Nursery Practitioner with Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). We are seeking a truly exceptional and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Wonderland Nursery. Responsibilities
* As an EYTS-qualified practitioner, drive pedagogical excellence across our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision.
* Plan and deliver a rich, stimulating, and age-appropriate curriculum that meets the individual needs and interests of every child, from birth to five years.
* Provide exceptional pastoral care and support, building positive relationships with children to ensure their emotional well-being and a strong sense of belonging.
* Act as a 'Key Person' for a group of children, tracking their progress through accurate observation and assessment, and sharing these insights with parents.
* Lead by example, inspiring colleagues with best practices and innovative approaches to early years education.
* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers, recognising their vital role in their child’s learning journey.
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environment that challenges and enables young children to grow in confidence and independence.
About You
* We are looking for a creative, resilient, and dedicated individual who is committed to providing outstanding early education.
* Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) and relevant experience in an early years setting.
* An in-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for delivering a child-led, play-based curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Experience supporting children with special needs in their learning and development.
* A resourceful and patient nature, with a genuine caring attitude towards young children.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
What We Offer
* A competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.
* Additional bonus after two years of work with the setting and every year thereafter.
