Hours: 2 nights per week + every other weekend (22:00 07:00)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in the Kirby Cross area.
This part-time role involves providing overnight support, assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the night. You will work 10-hour shifts from 22:00 to 07:00, two nights per week plus every other weekend.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience with trauma-informed care is essential
* Experience supporting people with autism is essential
* Calm, patient and understanding approach
* Ability to work independently during night shifts
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
