We are seeking a highly motivated, hard-working, and self-sufficient Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This junior role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their career in marketing and develop valuable skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms to support business growth.

You will work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
This varied role will help you develop a broad range of digital marketing skills. Your responsibilities will include:
* Marketing Strategies: Learning to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
* Audience Segmentation: Targeting specific audience segments through various channels.
* Content Creation: Developing engaging content for different platforms.
* Analytics and Insights: Using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaigns.
* Digital Marketing Channels: Gaining proficiency in social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
* Brand Management: Maintaining and enhancing brand identity across channels.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
* Salary: £14,722.50 per annum
* Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week)
