Fleet Procure Ltd provides e-procurement and order management software linking Automotive Dealers, Finance Companies, OEM's and Leasing Brokers for an end-to-end vehicle procurement journey. The portal offers advanced reporting suites for easier management of the entire order bank, from anywhere. Fleet Procure Ltd collaborates to improve problem-solving through technology, including advanced pricing, stock management and Order Reporting tools.

StockManager is now the industries largest stock management portal since its launch in 2021, trusted by five of the FN50 leasing companies for management of commit-to-purchase stock.

Fleet Procure is currently used by over 200 leasing brokers and leasing companies, plus over 300 dealers.

The growth of Fleet Procure since its launch in 2017 has been both exciting and phenomenal. Our future is equally as exciting with ventures into new markets with a host of new products and services.

Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for a Commercial Manager, based in north of Birmingham. Focussing on opportunities and relationships with existing and potential leasing brokers and leasing companies using the portal for all their vehicle procurement needs, you will be responsible for the northern territory. This will involve system training, best practice updates, product updates and implantation, and review meetings.

Objectives are based around quarterly and annual company budgets, plus SLA measurements.

This position will work closely with the existing Midlands and South Broker Commercial Managers, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

* Previous industry experience in account managing leasing brokers and/or lease cos for a minimum of three years with good knowledge of how they work day-to-day.

* Must be based north of Birmingham due to the requirement of on-site client management from north of Birmingham to Scotland.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers, achieve targets and build long-term relationships

* Demonstrated ability to analyse sales figures and produce meaningful reports

* Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience in managing and developing key partner and vendor relationships

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points

* A salary and bonus package worth £70,000 to £80,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, reviewed annually.
