Job Purpose
We are seeking to appoint a Marketing Officer to implement the school's marketing, pupil recruitment, and communications strategies, supporting the achievement of the school’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about developing a career in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, PR, and communication. Design skills, photography, or videography experience are highly valued. Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail are essential.
The post holder will manage communication and events for the alumnae, supporting fundraising efforts in collaboration with the GDST Philanthropy and Alumnae team. Responsibilities include coordinating appeals, mailings, and supporting fundraising campaigns through PR, social media, and promotional activities, as well as producing collateral and reporting via newsletters and other channels.
About The School
Royal High Bath is an academically selective independent day (ages 3-18) and boarding (ages 11-18) school for approximately 550 girls. The school is located on the northern side of Bath, with good access to the A46 and M4. The senior site includes two boarding houses for 115 boarders aged 11-18, and the Sixth Form shares the site with the Senior School.
