The Role:
By becoming a Care Assistant, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs;
1. Reporting any safeguarding concerns
2. Promote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of life
3. Personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
4. Observe and record clients' physical and emotional well-being reporting any changes
5. Assist with meals and drinks to support our resident's overall nutrition
6. Contribute and support during activities
7. Maintain and develop professional relations with families
8. Completing all relevant paperwork in a timely manner
9. Assist with mobility and transferring safely e.g. from bed to chair.
