Job Title: After School Club Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Windsor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:15 – 18:00
Contract Type: Part-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable After School Club Assistant to join our dedicated team at a primary school in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in a safe, stimulating, and fun environment outside of regular classroom hours.
* Supervise and engage children in play, creative activities, and group games
* Assist in preparing and serving light snacks or refreshments
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
* Set up and tidy away resources and equipment before and after club sessions
* Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and school staff
* Support behaviour management in line with school policies
* A genuine interest in working with children
* Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Previous experience in a childcare, school, or play setting
* A supportive and welcoming school environment
* Ongoing training and development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
