Your new role
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, contractors, and clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate contact or area.
2. Call Management: Answer and route iing calls promptly and accurately.
3. Visitor & Contractor Logging: Maintain sign-in/out records and ensurepliance with site safety protocols.
4. Administrative Support: Assist with filing, document preparation, and data entry as required.
5. Mail & Deliveries: Handle iing and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
6. Meeting Coordination: Book meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared for use.
